These Reimbursement & Cancellation Guidelines delineate the terms and conditions for cancellations and reimbursements for our training portal, www.kloudcourse.in.
1.1 Self-Managed Courses: For self-managed courses, you have the option to cancel your enrolment prior to accessing the course materials. To do so, you can either reach out to our support team or follow the cancellation process detailed on our website. Upon cancellation, your refund will be processed based on the following rules:
Cancellation within 24 hours of enrolment: Full reimbursement.
Cancellation after 24 hours of enrolment: No reimbursement.
1.2 Instructor-Guided Courses: For instructor-guided courses, the cancellation policy may differ depending on the specific course and the instructor. Please refer to the course details page or contact our support team to understand the cancellation policy applicable to the course you have enrolled in.
2.1 Course Termination: In rare scenarios, KloudCourse might need to terminate a course due to unforeseen situations such as unavailability of an instructor, technical glitches, or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and fully refund the course fees.
2.2 Material Modification: KloudCourse reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course, course content, or learning resources without prior notification. If a significant change occurs before or during your course, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternatives or a refund, depending on the situation.
3.1 Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must comply with the cancellation policies mentioned in this document. Refunds are not applicable for completed courses or if you have extensively accessed course materials.
3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during enrolment. If this is not feasible due to technical issues or other circumstances, alternative refund methods may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Refund Timeline: Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund initiation process will take place within 5-7 business days. The timeframe for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
